Role: Supporting Baptist World Aid as a strategic advisor, helping to validate business models for emerging social ventures. Tole includes leading early-stage desk reviews, shaping investment readiness pathways, and aligning initiatives with impact and sustainability goals.
Project: Business Strategy and Capital Raising Support for US Biotech Company Expanesthetics
Client: Expanesthetics
Timeline: From August 2024, ongoing.
Role: Ongoing strategic advisor to Chairman and CEO of Expanesthics. Represented Expanesthetics in the Australian market since August 2024 (Ausbiotech Conference). Regular engagement with Chairman and CEO supporting business strategy and capital raising for their platform of advanced general anesthetic compounds designed to “expand surgical access for some of the 5 billion people around the world who currently can't get surgery when they need it”.
Project: Commercialisation of Tanjai Agricultural Inclusive Agribusiness in Northern Laos.
Funder: Private Philanthropic Foundation.
Client: Tanjai Agricultural

Role: Ongoing strategic advisor to founder and CEO Sinouane Phankamphone. Tanjai Agricultural is a sacha inchi trading and processing agribusiness company with social goals.
Project: “ReImagine” the future of Act for Peace.
Funder: Act for Peace.
Client: Social Impact Hub.
Timeline: August to November 2024.
Role: Engaged as consultant with Social Impact Hub to deliver analysis and restructuring of the business model of Act for Peace, an Australian INGO focused on displacement and refugees in conflict zones around the world. AfP recently celebrated their 75th Anniversary. They are affiliated with the National Council of Churches in Australia (NCCA).
Project: Identifying Bankable Private Impact Investment Opportunities in PNG
Funder: International Finance Corporation
Client: Dalberg.
Timeline: May to November 2024.
Role: Engaged as subcontractor to Dalberg to contribute expertise in PNG, inclusive business and inclusive finance. More specifically to help PNG Investment Promotion Authority develop targeted strategies to attract impact capital from private investors.
Project: Feasability and Business Case for Caritas Australia to formally establish an impact investment business division.
Funder: Caritas Australia.
Client: Brightlight Group.
Timeline: June to September 2024.
Role: Engaged as subcontractor to Brightlight Group to analyse potential impact deals and engage potential investors to build the case for formation of Ubitas Capital.
